Our MLK Weekend of Service & Golf for a Cause is more than just an event; it's a movement designed to foster unity, compassion, and positive change. Throughout the entire weekend, we will engage in meaningful service projects that uplift our community, while also enjoying a friendly round of golf with a purpose - raising vital funds for local schools and orphanages that need our support.

Arrival from the Airport between 12 noon and 5:00 pm (Transportation will be provided from airport to hotels in Puerto Plata and in Sosua) Transportation cost will be included in VIP Package.
Registration to receive VIP Package & Wrist Bands will take place at the host hotel Emotions by Hodelpa in Puerto Plata or secondary hotel EL Colibri Hotel hotel from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
Happy Hour - Meet & Greet will take place from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Emotions by Hodelpa in Puerto Plata.

Community Service - Orphanage from 10:00 to 10:45: Featuring American Football playing with the kids and giving POM-POM's to the girls and small football to the boys as well as a cash donation.
Community Service - Neighborhood School in Montellano 11:00 to 12:00: Featuring American Football playing with the kids and giving POM-POM's to the girls and small football to the boys as well as a cash donation.
Friday Afternoon:
Cigar Tour - Santiago: Trip to an actual cigar plantation, roll your own cigar, drink some Dominican Rum, purchase cigars from factory. (Bus will be provided to and from). Leave @ 1:00 pm and return @ 5:00 pm
Night Out @ Club - Sosua: Classico Club 59. Transportation & Bottle Service is included in your VIP Package. (Included Security, seating and drinks in VIP price) 10:00 pm until 2:00 am

HOTEL
EMOTIONS PUERTO PLATA – BY HODELPA
The following prices are in USD, per person for all for 5 nights, in all-inclusive plan (all meals, drinks, non-motorized water sports, taxes, legal gratuities).
If you need transportation from the airport to the hotel and back (round trip) the price is $30.00 per person (including kids 3 years old and up) in a shared service. Private service can be offered, quote on request.
*Children 5 years old and under, stay free with TWO FULL PAYING ADULTS in the room.
This is an early booking price (valid until October 30th), for 15 or more rooms (minimum stay 3 nights). If the group is reduced to less than 15 rooms the price and amenities will be subject to revision.
To book, a deposit of $50.00 must be paid per person.
Final payment 60 days prior to the trip – By November 18. Guest sharing a room must have the same travel date.
